Mohammed V Airport: ONDA Launches Three Tenders Worth Over 505 Million Dirhams for the Future Terminal

T

he future terminal of Casablanca Mohammed V airport is entering its equipment phase. The National Airports Office (ONDA) has posted three open tenders on Morocco’s public procurement portal, with combined estimates of more than 505 million dirhams including tax. The largest, valued at 362.3 million, covers the supply, installation and commissioning of the jet bridges, power converters and docking guidance systems that will receive aircraft at the terminal’s contact stands, with their maintenance as a conditional tranche; bids are due by November 24, and an optional site visit will take place on October 27. The other two tenders, closing on November 19, cover a road interchange linking the new terminal area to provincial road RP3038, estimated at 113 million dirhams, and a quality control and monitoring mission for the works, at 30 million.

These contracts follow the November 2025 tender in which ONDA put the construction of the terminal building itself out to bid. The jet bridge lot is no small matter: these are what will let travelers board straight from the lounges, with no bus or stairs on the tarmac, and the 5.4 million dirham bid bond required of candidates says enough about the scale of what is at stake. Casablanca’s new terminal will thus rise contract by contract, from the interchange to the aircraft door.
