The Zgounder mine, in the Anti-Atlas, alone produced 1.50 million ounces of silver, 11% more than a year earlier, with a mill that processed a record 4,096 tons of ore a day.

The rest came from Boumadine, where the reclaim of old pyrite stockpiles yielded 0.54 million silver equivalent ounces, nearly three times the previous quarter.

“With Zgounder now operating consistently, we are firmly on track to achieve our 2026 production guidance,” said its chief executive Benoit La Salle. The final quarter will tell whether the year keeps that promise.
