Essaouira: Royal Air Maroc to Link It Directly With Casablanca From November 1

oyal Air Maroc will link Essaouira and Casablanca by direct flight from November 1, 2026, the national carrier announced on October 15.

Set up under an agreement signed with the Marrakech-Safi region, the route will run twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays. Fares are fixed: 800 dirhams round trip in economy, 1,600 dirhams in business.

The city of the trade winds is no stranger to a direct flight to the metropolis: the airline had already opened one in September 2017, under an agreement with the same region and at the same fares.

Through the Casablanca hub, Essaouira will this time be connected to the eighty-six international destinations of the Royal Air Maroc network, an asset for a medina listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2001.
