ement deliveries reached 1,585,135 tonnes in October 2026, 4.53% more than a year earlier, according to data from the Ministry of National Land Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy.
October 2025 had stood at 1,516,473 tonnes. The figures cover the members of the Professional Association of Cement Makers.
Over the first ten months of the year, deliveries total 12,572,356 tonnes, against 12,376,613 tonnes a year earlier, a rise of 1.58%.
Growth in October alone therefore clearly outpaces growth over the whole period.
