Managem Asks for Trading in Its Shares to Resume on November 3

M

anagem has asked for trading in its shares on the Casablanca Stock Exchange to resume from the opening of the session on Tuesday, November 3, after a suspension in force since October 30.

In a statement issued on November 2, the mining group says that after the change to the MASI’s composition, unconfirmed information began circulating about its stock. To keep investors’ access to information equal, it says it asked for the suspension from October 30 inclusive.

Managem states that no significant event likely to affect its share price has occurred or come to its attention. Its financial position, activity and outlook remain, it says, unchanged since the half-year results to June 30, 2026.

The stock had been locked down 10% on October 30, the day after the annual MASI review. On October 31 the exchange restored, on a transitional basis, the float and capping factors used before the review, and Managem took note.

Tuesday’s session will show whether the stock recovers its pre-suspension levels.
