mployees of eight AXA entities based in Morocco can subscribe on November 4 and 5 to the capital increase the group reserves for them.
The AMMC approved the final prospectus of the operation on November 3. It provides for the issue of up to 58,951,965 shares, and the subscription and withdrawal period in Morocco runs from November 4 to 5 inclusive.
Four subsidiaries are covered, AXA Assurance Maroc, AXA GBS Morocco, Carre Assurance Maroc and AXA Assistance Maroc Services. The grouping AXA Services Maroc GIE and the branches of AXA France IARD, AXA France Vie and Avanssur are added to them.
Two offers are available. The subscription price is 33.86 euros, or 370.63 dirhams, for the “Classique” offer, and 39.75 euros, or 435.10 dirhams, for the “Garantie Plus” offer.
The prospectus relies on AXA’s 2025 universal registration document and its 2026 half-year financial report. It is available at the head offices of the Moroccan companies concerned, on AXA’s website and on the AMMC’s.
